SPECIAL RATES DUE TO COVID-19
As the number of COVID-19 cases, and all its variants fluctuate after two years, so does the associated anxiety. A “new normal” that includes new interactions with family members and friends; new “workplace” dynamics and challenges, and most importantly, a confusing period where we feel our lives and sense of wellbeing are being severely impacted by concerns about the virus. Individual sessions last 45-50 minutes. Each individual session: $75.
Couples and family sessions last 60 minutes. Each couples and family session: $125.
5% discount on -3 (individual) Sessions Bundle- $213
5% discount on -3 (couples or family) Sessions Bundle- $356
Sessions can be held in person, virtually or both.
REGULAR RATES
Individual sessions last 45-50 minutes. Each individual session: $95.
Couples and family sessions last 60 minutes. Each couples and family session: $150.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash, check, or online payments such as Venmo, Square or Zelle.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled coaching appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
LATE FEE
A 15-minute delay will count as a full session.
